Tater Tot Casserole

1 pound ground beef
    (cooked & drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c chopped onion or
    dried minced onion (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese
   (can substitute desired cheese)
tater tots (enough to layer on top
    of other ingredients in dish)
seasoning salt (optional)

-Brown ground beef with onions, garlic & seasoning salt
    (&/or any other optional seasonings)
-Drain beef mixture
-Add cream of mushroom soup &
    use that can to add 1 to 1 1/2 cans of water
-Place beef mixture in baking dish
-Add layer of shredded cheese, then layer of tater tots.
-Season tater tots with seasoning salt, garlic &/or other seasonings
-Add another layer of shredded cheese

-Bake at temperature stated on tater tot bag or till tater tots are cooked through & browned
