Ketogenic Peanut Butter Bombs
(from Ketogenic Desserts and Snacks-John Richards)

1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 cup unsweet shredded coconut
4 tbsp. peanut butter Fit Powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
6 tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
28 drops liquid Stevia

**Makes 8 servings

-Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

-In a medium mixing bowl, combine your coconut oil with all of your dry ingredients. Mix them all together thoroughly with a silicone spatula until they are blended.

-Add your vanilla, cream, and Stevia in to your ingredients and stir to mix together thoroughly again.

-Pour out your coconut on to a plate.

-Split your ingredient mix in to 8 pieces and roll each piece in to a ball. Roll each ball on your plate of coconut to cover it before setting on your cookie tray.

-Put your cookie tray in to the freezer and let your peanut butter bombs firm up in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating.
