Katrina's Cookbook


Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 stick butter-softened
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 egg
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract

-Cream margarine & cream cheese
-Add sugar & beat
-Add eggs one at a time - beat till fluffy

-Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder & vanilla extract
-Add to margarine/sugar/egg mixture 1/2 cup at a time

-Pour into Bundt pan
-Bake at 325* until done, approx 35-45 minutes.
