Tortilla Soup

3 boneless, skinless chicken
    breasts, cubed
1 can diced tomatos (Italian blend)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 heaping Tbls minced onion
4 heaping Tbls minced garlic
1 pack of corn or flour tortillas
   (or store bought tortillas or Fritos)

-Combine all ingredients except tortillas in slow cooker & cook 5-7 hours
-If using fresh tortillas, heat oil in frying pan & fry tortilla strips till crisp

-Serve soup in bowl, sprinkle with tortilla stips & cilantro if desired
