Ms. Annette's Potato Soup

cooked ham, diced
potatoes
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 block cream cheese (softened
   & cut into little pieces)
Sour crem (not the whole container)
Greek Seasoning
shredded cheese
rue (butter cut into flour)
Cajun seasoning (optional)

-Boil diced potatoes, chopped onions & ham
-Add cream cheese pieces & rue
-Add sour cream, shredded cheese & seasonings

-Cook till all cheeses are melted


 

**CrockPot version**

-Add all ingredients into a crockpot
-Cook on low for 6 hrs or high for 4 hrs
