cooked ham, diced potatoes 1 small onion, chopped fine 1 block cream cheese (softened & cut into little pieces) |
Sour crem (not the whole
container) Greek Seasoning shredded cheese rue (butter cut into flour) Cajun seasoning (optional) |
-Boil diced potatoes, chopped onions & ham -Add cream cheese pieces & rue -Add sour cream, shredded cheese & seasonings -Cook till all cheeses are melted
