Tonia's Cheese Ball

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash cayenne pepper
      or chopped jalapeno peppers
Mix in a separate bowl:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped parsley

-Let cheese set at room temperature.

-Mix cheese, onion soup mix, lemon juice & pepper(s) thoroughly together by hand.

-Form into a ball or logs.

-Chill for about 1 hr.

-Roll cheese ball or logs in nut & parsley mixture.

-Chill overnight.

-Serve with crackers.
